Known For

GHRH analogue WITH Drug Affinity Complex. Much longer half-life (6-8 days) than NO DAC version. Provides sustained GH elevation rather than pulsatile release. Once or twice weekly dosing.

Mechanism of Action

Same as CJC NO DAC but with DAC linker that binds albumin → massively extended half-life. Creates constant GH elevation (NOT pulsatile).

Typical Research Dosage

1-2mg per week SubQ. Some use 2mg every 5-7 days.

2mg vial = 1-2 weeks. 5mg vial = 2.5-5 weeks.

Recommended Vial Size

★ 2mg vials At 1-2mg/week, 2mg = 1-2 weeks ✓. 5mg at 2mg/wk = 2.5 weeks ✓. Both sizes work well.

Time to Effects

EARLY: 1-2 weeks FULL: 8-12 weeks Faster onset than NO DAC version due to sustained GH elevation. Week 1-2: Water retention, improved sleep. May notice numbness/tingling in hands (common GH side effect). Week 4-8: Body composition changes, better recovery. Minimum commitment: 8 weeks. Side effects may be more pronounced than NO DAC version.

Contraindications & Do Not Combine

• Do NOT combine with exogenous HGH • Do NOT combine with CJC-1295 NO DAC (choose one version)

Common Side Effects

Flushing, water retention (more pronounced than NO DAC due to sustained GH), headache, potential insulin resistance with prolonged use

Drug Interactions

Same as NO DAC + greater insulin antagonism due to sustained GH elevation

Reversibility

Reversible but takes longer — sustained GH elevation for days after last dose. Full recovery 2-4 weeks.

Reconstitution Note

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Do not shake vigorously -- swirl gently to dissolve. Inject BAC water slowly down the side of the vial to avoid denaturing the peptide.
