Known for

GHRH analogue WITH Drug Affinity Complex. Much longer half-life (6-8 days) than NO DAC version. Provides sustained GH elevation rather than pulsatile release. Once or twice weekly dosing.

Mechanism

Same as CJC NO DAC but with DAC linker that binds albumin → massively extended half-life. Creates constant GH elevation (NOT pulsatile).

Protocol

1-2mg per week SubQ. Some use 2mg every 5-7 days.

Faster onset than NO DAC version due to sustained GH elevation.

Week 1-2: Water retention, improved sleep. May notice numbness/tingling in hands (common GH side effect).
