Typical Research Dosage

250-500mcg/day SubQ. Inject near injury site for localised effect or abdominally for systemic. Can split to 2x daily.

Time to Effects

EARLY: 3-7 days FULL: 4-8 weeks Day 1-3: Some users report reduced pain/inflammation within days. This is one of the fastest-acting peptides. Week 1-2: Noticeable pain reduction and improved mobility in injured areas. Gut healing improvements if used for GI issues. Week 2-4: Significant healing progress. Range of motion improving. Tendon/ligament injuries showing measurable recovery. Week 4-8: Major structural healing. Many injuries substantially resolved. One of the few peptides where you can genuinely feel a difference within the first week. Minimum commitment: 4 weeks for injuries. 2-4 weeks for gut issues.

Contraindications & Do Not Combine

• Caution with NSAIDs (may reduce BPC-157 efficacy — use paracetamol instead) • Theoretical concern: may promote angiogenesis in existing tumours — avoid if active cancer/tumour history

Common Side Effects

Limited human data: nausea, dizziness, headache (reported). Lee & Padgett 2021 (12 patients): no serious adverse events.

Drug Interactions

Unknown — no drug interaction studies. Theoretical: may enhance effects of dopaminergic drugs.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Do not shake vigorously -- swirl gently to dissolve. Inject BAC water slowly down the side of the vial to avoid denaturing the peptide.
