Known For

NNMT (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase) inhibitor. Increases cellular energy metabolism and fat burning by boosting NAD+ levels in fat cells. Shrinks fat cells and may prevent new fat cell formation.

Mechanism of Action

NNMT inhibitor — blocks enzyme (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase) that promotes fat storage. May increase NAD+ and boost metabolism.

Body vs. External Supply

🔴 Exogenous (replaces natural)

Brand / Trade Names

No pharmaceutical brand Research chemical only (Not technically a peptide)

Typical Research Dosage

50-100mg/day orally or SubQ. Some protocols use up to 150mg/day.

Vial Duration Guide

50mg vial at 50mg/day = 1 day per vial (usually purchased in bulk). 5mg vials are impractical for standard dosing.

Recommended Vial Size

★ 50mg vials At 50-100mg/day, 5mg vials impractical. 50mg = 1 day per vial. Buy in bulk. No shelf life concern — used immediately.

Time to Effects

EARLY: 2-4 weeks FULL: 8-12 weeks Week 2-4: Subtle increase in energy and metabolic rate. Fat oxidation improvements. Week 4-8: Body composition changes become noticeable, especially when combined with exercise. Week 8-12: Cumulative metabolic benefits. Best results when stacked with exercise and/or GLP-1 agonists. Standalone effects are mild.

Contraindications & Do Not Combine

No strict contraindications with other peptides on this list.

Common Side Effects

Limited data: GI discomfort, nausea (reported anecdotally). No systematic side effect profile established.

Drug Interactions

Unknown — no drug interaction studies

Reversibility

Fully reversible — enzyme inhibition, no feedback loop

Reconstitution Note

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Do not shake vigorously -- swirl gently to dissolve. Inject BAC water slowly down the side of the vial to avoid denaturing the peptide.
